Can I Change/Cancel My Order?

Please contact orders@julytwentysix.co right away if you wish to change or cancel your order. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes/cancellations. 

 Where Is My Order Confirmation?

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided for your order. If you have not received an email confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an email confirmation, then the order has not gone through or you did not enter your email correctly. Please contact orders@julytwentysix.co for further assistance. 

 When Will Pre-Orders Ship?

Any pre-order that has a specific ship out date will ship out close to that date. If you have another item in the same order that is not on pre-order, it will ship within 3-5 business days of your order being placed.

Is Your Site Only in USD? 

Yes, our site is in USD, along with the total cost of your order.

When Will You Restock?

You may sign up for email notifications and/or text messages to be notified of any restocks or new product launches.
